REFUND POLICY

At DEZZ MODE, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Item Condition: The garment must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all original tags and packaging.

  3. Ineligible Items: For hygiene reasons, sales of items like underwear, socks, and items marked as "Final Sale" are final and cannot be returned.

Refund and Return Options

Once your return is inspected and approved:

  • Size/Item Exchange: We can process an exchange for a different size or an item of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).

  • Store Credit: We will issue a store credit for the full value of the garment (minus the original shipping costs) to be used on future purchases in our online store.

  • Refunds: Direct refunds to the original payment method will only be issued if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part (e.g., the wrong item or size was sent). Manufacturing defects are covered under our 30-day Warranty Policy.

Return Process

  1. Contact: Send an email to contact@dezzmode.com or a WhatsApp message to +1 (939) 371-8376 with the subject "Return Request". Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (USPS Tracking) as we cannot guarantee the receipt of untracked items.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. The inspection and credit/exchange process takes 3 to 5 business days.
