Orders and Shipping
Where can I purchase DEZZ MODE products? You can purchase all our products exclusively through our Online Store.
Where do you ship? We currently offer shipping across Puerto Rico (PR) and the United States (USA). Our official carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS).
How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery: Once shipped, USPS generally delivers packages within an additional 3 to 7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping? No, for the moment, our shipments are limited to Puerto Rico and the United States.
Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
What is your return policy? You have 14 days from receipt to request a return for a size/item exchange or store credit. The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags. We do not offer direct refunds unless it is a shipping error on our part.
Can Final Sale items be returned? No. For hygiene or promotional reasons, items marked as "Final Sale" (such as underwear or socks, if applicable) cannot be returned.
What does the warranty cover? We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects (broken seams, zipper failure, print defects) from the date of receipt. Damage due to normal wear and tear or improper care is not covered.
